Fumes washing

The hydraulic disc filter is used for the purification of exhaust gases from boilers and furnaces, synthetic gases, environmental air, etc. The discs turn on their own and have a variable speed, and when water or oil falls on them, a circular network forms to circulate the fumes or gases, which pass through the network and are purified while eliminating all the particulate that are carried with them and all acid molecules, including HCL and H2SO4. The particulate is segregated as sludge in a special space while the acids are removed with basic dusts and using electrolytic equipment.
FEATURES
The purification plant is made of a series of micro-welded rotating discs. The system is used for the cleaning and purification of emissions from boilers, furnaces and driers, and for ambient air purification.
The plant consists of a metal tower on which is positioned a tank containing water or oil, depending on the required use.
The tower contains a rotating shaft of discs, which is where the fumes/gases to be purified enter, performing an 180° turn, separating most of the particulate into a special compartment. The flow then enters the disk area, where a hydraulic pump circulates water or oil through the manifold, directly onto the rotating disks, the centrifugal effect of which creates a hydraulic network that creates a collision against the walls of the tower. The hydraulic threads formed by the centrifuge created by the discs travel at a speed of 70/100 ml/second. In this way, despite their speed, no particles channelled by the flow can escape capture in the hydraulic network. The particulate and hydraulic liquid then fall into the tank below, where the particulate is decanted from the liquid and channelled to an area where it is removed manually or automatically. The processing liquid (water/oil) should never be replaced, because only the sludge is removed. However, the tank is equipped with a float which tops liquid up automatically to compensate for water evaporation. The flow, once released from the purification tower and after any drops from the processing liquid have fallen into the circuit, in the case of flue gases is ready for release into the atmosphere, or in the case of combustible or technical gas is ready for storage.
The system is covered by industrial patents.
